The staff here are incredible. I have had very few hotel experiences as exceptional as this one. Paige and Shania were both extremely accommodating and friendly. Thanks for a great stay guys! Only giving the rooms a 4 stars because it could have been a little cooler. We had our A/C as low as it can go and still got a bit warm at night but it really wasn’t a big deal, it was livable. Can’t be perfect but they sure try to make it as close as you can get!
I work close by, but live out of town, so once or twice a week I stay here when I have my bowling nights with my work buddies. It's always been a great experience and all of the staff are amazing (especially one) and accommodating. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy. The pool area is great, the waterslide is fun. Breakfast is top notch for a hotel. I would recommend this place 100x over, mainly for the staff. So thank you very much ladies, you go above and beyond with your service. I will see you soon. Huge shout-out to Paige at the Ramada Ponoka. She was super friendly and really accommodating to our ringette team the whole time we were there. She even let us parents take over the breakfast area as a hockey team had the conference room for the weekend. We appreciated having a space to unwind and have some laughs. Breakfast was decent with enough options to keep everyone happy. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds/pillows are pretty mediocre, but still totally fine for teams. The pool was good too and the kids loved it. Overall, a solid spot for team stays, and Paige definitely made the experience better!
Staff was friendly, rooms were decent. (Beach stain on carpet) Decent breakfast, pool is always a plus! I've stayed here before and will continue my services here.
The front desk agents went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We needed some safety pins to fix a fashion emergency which was delivered right to our door with a smiling face. Tia who worked the night shift was so fantastic. We had a lovely chat and she made sure our room was to our standards, specifically with the pillows. They even have the weekly weather forecast printed and highlighted on the front desk for your convenience.
I have had the best experience here at this hotel. I stay here once a month for few days each time. These ladies are so accommodating, helpful and super friendly!! I get treated like royalty. I think this place is amazing. The hotel maybe older but I feel maintained!! Highly recommend!!
We had a great stay at this Ramada! The breakfast had great options for our family of 6 and the room had a pull out that slept us all comfortably. The shower had great toiletry options and pressure control. Great stay!
I want to say how helpful and friendly the night staff member Tia was. She went above and beyond to help me, and was so cheerful and welcoming. I slept great, the beds were clean and comfortable. The only improvement I would want to see is USB charge ports in every room, or more places to plug in.
